- Maintenance (Due to Trustwallet’s recent updated change on its browser, to withdraw trough Trustwallet in MyMDT is not available at the moment, however, if you are using te Enterorise version of Trustwallet app, it works fine. Users can withdraw through Metamask. )
- Transactional fee reduced to 1%
Recent FAQs on MyMDT:
- Transactional fee: it’s 1% of the amount you withdraw (minimum 0.5 USD).
- Average process time for withdraw: usually it’s 3 days, but we experienced some issues these weeks so sometimes it’s longer. Please be patient.
- Error message pops up: If the account you are using to sign is a brand new account with zero history, it will be banned from using the app.

Case Study: Based on Measurable AI’s e-receipts panel, our aggregated monthly order number turns out to be a eading indicator of Momoshop’s revenue movements. Our data also showcased the same peak month in September, 2019 as its public reported revenues.
